The IGA coaching staff is dedicated to the development of all team gymnasts.Our goals are to enhance the self-esteem, pride and discipline, of each athlete, instilling in them a strong work ethic.We want to create a sense of team unity among the levels and within the entire team program, fostering respect for one another, for their coaches and for other teams. We focus on accomplishment through settings goals and skill progression. We challenge our athletes with the highest quality training and provide opportunities for gymnastics to reach their potential.
